Rei has four years of sell-side and buy-side merger & acquisition experience, primarily focused on the software, healthcare, and consumer goods industries. Prior to joining Greif & Co., Rei was an Associate on the acquisitions team at Boosted Commerce, Inc., a CPG-focused portfolio company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. Previously, he was part of the Corporate Development team at Episource, LLC, a software company focused on the healthcare IT industry headquartered in Gardena, CA. Rei launched his investment banking career at FE International, a New York City-based M&A advisory firm focusing on sell-side software-as-a-service transactions.
Rei graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University, Boston, MA, where he earned a B.A. in Finance. While at Suffolk University, Rei was Vice President of Suffolk University’s Investment Club and Treasurer of Suffolk University’s International Business Club. Additionally, he interned at Outcome Capital, a Boston-based boutique investment bank serving the healthcare and life sciences industries.
